“Tax Power” Empowers “Small Components,” Helping Nurture “Singles Champions”
“Little Giant” enterprises are vivid examples of how market entities in China’s new era are transforming their development models, leveraging limited resources to expand their capabilities and open up new avenues. Recently, the online thematic publicity campaign “Decoding the ‘Little Giants’—Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative Insights into China,” guided by the Network Communication Bureau of the Cyberspace Administration of China and the Tax Publicity Center of the State Taxation Administration, and co‑hosted by the cyberspace offices and tax authorities of nine provinces and municipalities, made its way to Taizhou, Zhejiang. The event featured an in‑depth visit to Taizhou Kejin Bearing Co., Ltd., shedding light on the secrets behind the robust momentum driving Taizhou’s specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative “little giants.”

The international standard ISO 24652 in the field of rolling bearings, spearheaded by China, has been officially published.
On September 26, 2023, the international standard ISO 24652, “Spherical Plain Bearings—Rod End Spherical Plain Bearings for Hydraulic Cylinders,” which was led by China in its development, was officially published. This milestone marks another significant breakthrough for China in international standardization of rolling bearings: following its first-ever leadership in drafting the ISO/TR 20051:2020, “Spherical Plain Bearings—Derivation of Rated Load Factors,” China has now also taken the lead in establishing a formal international standard in this field.

Kejin Bearing’s Spherical Plain Bearing Testing Center has successfully obtained Nadcap‑NDT certification.
In October, the Kejin Joint Bearing Testing Center successfully passed the Nadcap special-process system audit organized by the U.S.-based PRI (Process Review Institute), an independent third-party review association, and officially obtained the Nadcap‑NDT (Nondestructive Testing) certificate issued by PRI. Nadcap stands for the National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program. It is a certification system initiated and developed jointly by major U.S. aerospace and defense industry players, the U.S. Department of Defense, SAE, and other organizations, specifically designed to accredit specialized products and processes within the aerospace industry. On September 6–7, 2022, auditors conducted an on-site Nadcap‑NDT (Nondestructive Testing) audit of Kejin Bearings. The audit covered all routine testing procedures, including low-magnification inspection, hardness testing, mechanical property testing, metallographic analysis, and instrument-based evaluations. Facing the rigorous challenges of Nadcap international accreditation, the testing center responded proactively, integrating Nadcap requirements into the work instructions and daily operations for each testing item, earning high praise from the auditors. This successful attainment of Nadcap‑NDT certification signifies that the Joint Bearing Testing Center’s nondestructive testing capabilities and quality management standards now meet the international qualifications required for aerospace material testing.
