Public Notice Regarding the 2021 Henan Provincial Science and Technology Award Nominations Submitted by Our Institution, Zhan Songhua and Zhao Yinlong:
In accordance with the requirements of the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology’s “Notice on the Nomination Process for the 2021 Henan Provincial Science and Technology Awards,” we hereby announce the participation of our institution’s Zhan Songhua and Zhao Yinlong in the project “Key Technologies and Applications of Low-Friction, High-Performance Bearings.” The public notice period is seven calendar days, commencing on April 22, 2021.
During the public notice period, any organization or individual with objections to the projects listed shall submit their concerns in writing to our department, accompanied by the necessary supporting documentation. To facilitate verification and ensure that objections are addressed in a factual, impartial, and fair manner, objectors must disclose their true identity and provide contact information. Individuals submitting objections must sign their written submissions with their real name; organizations submitting objections must affix their official seal. Anonymous objections and those filed after the deadline will not be accepted.
