KGBAL's corporate positioning and market strategy have determined that KGBAL's value to customers has gone far beyond the scope of products, but mainly exists in long-term corporate capabilities. Among them, process control capability and quality consistency are considered by KGBAL to be extremely important. To this end, we have established the quality policy of "careful operation, standardized management, excellence, and customer satisfaction." The KGBAL quality management system is developed in accordance with the ISO9001:2008 regulations, especially in accordance with the requirements of the ISO/TS 16949:2009 regulations, to ensure a good level of product quality and process control. Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), is the framework for KGBAL technology development and production control, because we know that quality and process control are extremely valuable to the end user.

KGBAL does not stop there. KGBAL believes that quality not only applies to KGBAL's finished products, but also applies to the environment, occupational safety and health. Therefore, KGBAL is actively learning and introducing ISO14001 and OHSAS18000 management systems.
